Bisons
Easley is the only coach in Canadian football history to
capture national championships at the junior, university
and professional levels.
Easley also enjoyed a successful CFL playing career. He
made his playing debut in 1969 with his hometown B.C.
Lions, earning the CFL’s Top Rookie honour after
returning 50 punts for 359 yards and making four
interceptions. He remained with the Lions until 1973
when he joined the Ticats. Easley would remain a Ticat
until the middle of the 1976 season when he joined the
Edmonton Eskimos. |

Football League 14 years.
College - Played three years (1987-1989) at BYU.
Awarded the Outland Trophy Winner (best United States
college football interior lineman) in 1989 with BYU.
A talented athlete, Elewonibi was drafted by the NFL,
the CFL, and the North American Soccer League, where the
Vancouver 86ers drafted him to play goal. |

Attended Rutgers University for the 2000 and 2001
seasons. He played 11 games in 2000 and recorded 10
tackles, two interceptions, one blocked punt, one fumble
return and one forced fumble. He didn't play in 2001 and
joined the University of Manitoba for the 2002 season. |

Brad Sarna |

A Winnipeg native, Brad
played 5 years at quarterback with the University of
Manitoba Bisons from 1999 to 2003 and played in the
Vanier Cup in 2001.
He was drafted and signed by the Rio Grande Valley
Dorados of Arena Football 2 in 2006.
Brad has going into his 3rd season as the Offensive
Coordinator and QB coach with the Winnipeg Rifles Junior
Football Club of the CJFL |
